Key Disclosures and Fees:​​​​

​

Special Requests: If you have specific photo requests, you must mention them during booking and prior to the shoot. Otherwise, our photographer will capture the images we deem necessary.

​

Property Readiness: The property must be photo-ready upon our arrival, with all lights turned on and fans off. Please note that we are not movers, and our insurance prohibits us from moving heavy furniture. While we’re happy to adjust small items like pictures, frames, or lamps to improve composition, heavy items cannot be moved.

​

Our Expertise: With over 7,500 homes photographed, we’ve perfected an efficient shot list focused on must-sell images, covering both interiors and exteriors as necessary.

​

Drone Flights: Subject to weather conditions and FAA-approved airspace.

​

Image Licensing: Your package includes a license to use the photos for the duration of your listing or rental until sold. For long-term rentals or properties, this is an incredible value, as there’s no additional charge for extended usage (unlike commercial properties).

​

On-Site Cancellations: If the property isn’t ready, the key doesn’t work, or access codes aren’t provided and no one is onsite, a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

​

Additional Edits: Optional Photoshop edits, such as trash can removal, driveway car removal, or vegetation cleanup, are $10 per photo.

​

Overcast Days: Cloudy skies are a photographer’s best friend! Clouds act as a natural diffuser, providing even lighting across the property. Plus, we offer free blue sky replacement for added polish.

​

Multi-Unit Pricing: Our prices are per unit only. For duplexes, triplexes, or multi-unit properties, each unit will be charged independently.

Preparing for Your Shoot:
To maximize your shoot, ensure the property is clean, staged, and ready upon arrival. If you have unique features or areas you’d like highlighted, please communicate them before the shoot begins.

Bird-Solutions is an Independent Contractor. Nothing contained in this document will be construed to create the relationship of employer and employee, principal and agent, partnership or joint venture, or any other fiduciary relationship.

We do not store files, so it’s your responsibility to download images once payment is processed.
